Al-Hosson Inauguration:
With the help and guidance of Allah, al-Hosson Commercial Center opened on Saturday 1/1/2000, to be the first and biggest complex specialized in communication and information technology in the Easter Province of Saudi Arabia.

Location:
Al-Hosson Commercial Center is located at Bayounia district, Khobar, at the intersection of Riyadh Street with Street No. 14. It is about 500 meters west of Dhahran Street, near Bayounia Markets and Bayounia Tower Building.

Rest Area:
The lobby area of Al-Hosson is used as a Cafeteria. It is divided into a number of sitting areas, surrounded by fountains and green basins. The ceiling of the lobby is made of heatproof glass to allow natural illumination. This central area and all corridors and showrooms are centrally air-conditioned. There is also a prayer area for men and another area for ladies. The center is equipped with escalators and it contains restrooms for men and women. The adjacent area was allocated as parking.

Our ACTIVITIES

Al-Hosson Center contains 105 showrooms of different spaces. These showrooms are occupied by the biggest and the most popular establishments specializing in computer services and communication business in Saudi Arabia. These establishments provide a variety of services that include the selling and maintenance of computers, software, automated systems, internet subscriptions, communication systems, telephone sets, and electronic games. The Center also houses and Internet Café and an institute for computer and language studies.


Security:
In order to provide additional security, Al-Hosson Center is equipped with cameras for monitoring all its areas, in addition to the traditions security measures undertaken by one of the most popular security companies in Saudi Arabia.

AL-HOSSON:
The name of this commercial center hasn’t been selected randomly, but to reflect the actual meaning it bears. In fact, it matches the design as regards form and essence. It looks exactly like a castle which depicts strength and durability as the main purpose.
AL HOSSON Include different areas 18, 33, 90,130 sqm. These showrooms are diversifies to include different business activities such as JEWELRY, PERFUMES, SOUVENIRS, CLOTHES, COSMETICS ETC.


LOCATION:
This Commercial center is located between THUQBAH AREA AND AL-KHOBAR AT RIYADH STREET Which is a two – DIRECTION MAIN COMMERCIAL STREET. Facing AL HOSSON from the southern side is BAYOUNI COMPLEX located at st. 15 which is a two direction commercial Street, as well.
 
REST AREA:
The central area of ALHOSSON is planned for recreation.
It includes green planters and fountains and is covered by a half circular insulated colored glass ceiling 15m long and 7.5m wide.
All pass ways of AL HOSSON are centrally air conditioned.
AL HOSSON is equipped with escalators and toilets in each storey. For children there are halls for entertainment and games, as well as, there are parking for the customers.
AL HOSSON CONTROL:
For security purposes AL HOSSON has been equipped with control cameras covering the inside and outside areas in addition to a conventional guarding system particularly for jeweler, stores.
